To obtain a TCIA accreditation, Hartney has undergone numerous comprehensive on-site audits of professional and business practices.
Massachusetts Certified Arborist Program (MCA)
Our arborists have completed the MCA program. This program stresses the importance of self-improvement and continuing education for the certified professional. The MCA program educates arborists on the latest science and research in arboriculture. To obtain this accreditation, our arborists must pass an exam and possess the knowledge and skills that all tree care professionals should have.
International Society of Arboriculture (ISA)
To earn an ISA Certified Arborist credential, our arborists must be trained and knowledgeable in all aspects of arboriculture. They have met all the requirements to be eligible to take the exam, which includes three or more years of full-time, eligible, practical work experience in arboriculture and /or a degree in the field of arboriculture, horticulture, landscape architecture, or forestry from a regionally accredited educational institution.
We take pride in employing the best arborists in their field. We invest in our employees so our customers can feel confident with the services we provide them.
To ensure our Landscape Professionals are knowledgeable and competent, Hartney is involved in the following organizations:
